Alexandra Fisher

Principal

Alex has been associated with One On One since July 2000 and is now a Principal. She is also a co-owner of Quail Ridge Assisted Living in Oklahoma and Mallard Cove Senior Living in Ohio. She has produced extraordinary results in dozens of successful hands-on, turnaround and new project fill –up campaigns nationwide. Formally trained as a Fine Artist, Alex also leads a talented and award winning creative team. Her approach on the creative side is work closely with clients to identify and articulate what is unique and most interesting for each situation. Given her extensive selling experience, Alex is a strong believer in sales oriented collateral and creative follow up materials. She is also responsible for marketing at all turnaround properties, portfolio client campaigns as well as properties owned and managed by One On One. She also has direct oversight of the sales teams and selling systems at multiple client property sites.

Alex is a major contributor to all of One On One's teaching and training programs. She was primarily responsible for background research, classroom exercise development and graphic preparation of materials used for the Johns Hopkins Senior Housing Program and the UMBC Erickson School of Aging Sales and Marketing courses. She is the producer of industry trade conference presentations, including NIC, ASHA, ALFA and the annual Senior Housing Sales and Marketing Summit.  

Alex is a graduate of the Escuela Panamericana de Arte, a graphic design school in her native Argentina. She also attended the University of Houston and the Glassel School of Fine Arts in Houston, Texas. She brings a unique perspective, creativity and insight to the senior housing industry and to One On One.
