Jonathan Levey

Jonathan Levey is co-owner of Quail Ridge Assisted Living in Oklahoma and Mallard Cove Senior Living in Ohio. A one-time political candidate and university lecturer, Jonathan previously was Vice President, Office of the Chairman, at Catellus, a publicly traded real estate company that owned over 40 million square feet of properties and developed Mission Bay, 300 acres of residential, commercial, university, parks, and open space adjacent to AT&T Park in San Francisco; the 51-acre Los Angeles Union Station; and 15 acres anchored by the Santa Fe Depot in downtown San Diego. Jonathan worked with development teams and city officials on new and existing projects; interacted with senior management and the board of directors on strategic issues, including the company's conversion to a real estate investment trust; and served as point person for corporate charitable and civic contributions, speeches, press releases and investor presentations. He also served on the Deputies Committee of the California Business Roundtable and California Chamber of Commerce, and played a lead role in the selection of a new president of the Bay Area Council.
Prior to joining Catellus, Jonathan was an attorney with Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, and a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Bauer on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. An avid sports fan, tennis and basketball player, Jonathan graduated with a degree in public policy from Princeton University in 1991 and from Harvard Law School in 1995. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and California.
